Benedict Finance: pricing, licensing, deployment, and support.

Answers about how Benedict Finance is licensed, deployed, and supported inside Microsoft 365 and Power Apps.

Benedict Finance is a financial statements approval and governance solution built entirely inside your Microsoft 365 environment. It helps organizations manage approvals, responsibilities, deadlines, and related documents in one structured workflow.

Benedict Finance is delivered as a one-time implementation inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. There are no recurring subscriptions and no per-user licenses from Benedict Corp. You receive a non-exclusive, one-time license to use the application for your business purposes.

You should have valid Microsoft 365 licenses with access to Microsoft SharePoint to run the application. Optional features — like generating a shareholder resolution and sending it for electronic signature — may require a premium Microsoft Power Automate license. Benedict Corp. is not an e-signature provider; electronic signature happens through your own existing provider. Custom orders may also require premium licenses. We'll tell you what's required before purchase.

All data stays inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. We are not using external services to build our applications — access is fully controlled by your organization, the same as any other internal Microsoft 365 application.
