Case/Dispute Management System
Built a full case management system for a legal/governance team: a 34-column tracking register with 11 automated workflows handling notifications, multi-stage approvals, scheduled reminders, escalations, and structured exports. Delivered in about a week, with role-based access and a full audit trail of every change.
Automated Document Issuance & Verification
Designed an intake-to-delivery pipeline: a structured form triggers conditional document handling — secured digital issuance when appropriate, or an original-document collection process when required — with parallel folder provisioning and permission setup handled automatically behind the scenes.
Governance Request Lifecycle Tracking
Built an end-to-end status pipeline for formal governance requests, automatically notifying relevant stakeholders at each stage, from initial registration through review, decision, and final confirmation.
Operational Change Monitoring
Built a daily automated digest summarizing changes across key operational data tables, keeping stakeholders informed without manual reporting.
