Benedict App: pricing, licensing, deployment, and support.

Answers about how Benedict App is licensed, deployed, and supported inside Microsoft 365.

Benedict App is a simple workspace built entirely inside your Microsoft 365 environment. It brings together time tracking, client management, project organization, invoicing, and document storage in one place.

Benedict App is delivered as a one-time implementation inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. There are no recurring subscriptions and no per-user licenses from Benedict Corp. You receive a non-exclusive, one-time license to use the application for your business purposes.

You should have valid Microsoft 365 licenses with access to Microsoft SharePoint to run the application. We'll tell you if anything else is required before purchase.

All data stays inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. We are not using external services to build our applications — access is fully controlled by your organization, the same as any other internal Microsoft 365 application.

Yes. Additional functionality can be added as a Custom Order, depending on your needs. See our Terms of Use for more information on Custom Orders.

Once implemented, Benedict App becomes part of your Microsoft 365 environment. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, unlimited license to use it for your business purposes, as described in our Terms of Use.

Support is optional. Let us know when you contact us what level of ongoing support your team is looking for, and we'll scope it with you.

No. The Copilot-assisted workflow is optional and runs on Microsoft's own AI services under your tenant's existing Microsoft 365 compliance boundary — not a separate third-party AI provider. If you'd rather not enable it, Benedict App works the same way without it.
