Benedict Invoice: pricing, licensing, deployment, and support.

Answers about how Benedict Invoice is licensed, deployed, and supported inside Microsoft 365.

Benedict Invoice is built for professionals who need fast and simple invoicing. It lets you generate and track invoices without leaving your Microsoft 365 environment. Optional online payments, if enabled, are handled by your own third-party provider.

Benedict Invoice is delivered as a one-time implementation inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. There are no recurring subscriptions and no per-user licenses from Benedict Corp. You receive a non-exclusive, one-time license to use the application for your business purposes.

You should have valid Microsoft 365 licenses with access to Microsoft SharePoint to run the application. We'll tell you if anything else is required before purchase.

All data stays inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. We are not using external services to build our applications — access is fully controlled by your organization, the same as any other internal Microsoft 365 application. The one exception is optional online payments: if you enable them, payment data is handled directly by your chosen provider (such as Stripe), outside your Microsoft 365 tenant, since that's how online card payments work.

Online payments are optional and can be enabled through Stripe or another third-party payment provider, priced and implemented separately depending on your requirements. Benedict Corp. is not a payment processor — funds and payment data are handled directly by your chosen provider. Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc., registered in the United States, the European Union, and other jurisdictions.

Yes. Additional functionality can be added as a Custom Order, depending on your needs. See our Terms of Use for more information on Custom Orders.

Once implemented, Benedict Invoice becomes part of your Microsoft 365 environment. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, unlimited license to use it for your business purposes, as described in our Terms of Use.

Support is optional. Let us know when you contact us what level of ongoing support your team is looking for, and we'll scope it with you.
